Whether you love to whip up delicious meals, you’re trying to eat healthier or you just enjoy the taste of in-season fruit and vegetables bursting with flavor and nutrition, you’ll find what you’re looking for at one of four markets nestled in the beautiful coastal communities along the Florida Panhandle. There’s nothing quite like shopping for in-season fresh fruit and veggies amid the fresh air and sights and sounds of the beach.

Even if you don’t typically frequent farmers markets, you’ll enjoy any of these four 30A Farmers’ Market venues. There’s so much to see, do and eat! Soak up a bit of sun and sea air while seeing what’s new. Each of the four 30A Farmers’ Markets is unique and nestled in its own picturesque community, which makes a trip to all four this spring and summer a must. Here’s more information on each:

Rosemary Beach Community Farmers Market. This market, at 28 N. Barrett Square in Rosemary Beach, is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. year-round. You’ll find not only delicious things to eat, but depending on the time of the year, you’ll also find a host of other locally-crafted items, such as handcrafted soaps, pet treats and fresh-cut flowers. Go to this link for more information and to find specific days of the market depending on the time of the year. This market features not only fresh produce but baked foods, handcrafted items and gifts but so much more. Depending on the time of the year, you’ll see 40-50 vendors, so you have plenty of choices.

Watersound Town Center Farmers’ Market. This market is located at 170 N. Watersound Parkway, at the entrance to Watersound Origins and Watersound Origins Crossings on Highway 98. That’s about two miles west of Rosemary Beach at Panama City Beach. You’ll find fresh and organic produce and other foods, food trucks with ready-to-eat meals and snacks, live music and more in an open-air setting. It’s open year-round on Wednesdays or Saturdays, depending on the time of the year, and it has ample free parking. Go to the market’s Facebook page for more information and specific days the market is held at different times of the year. (NOTE: If you’re visiting for the first time, GPS will require Panama City Beach.)

Grand Boulevard Farmers’ Market. This market is located at Miramar Beach, on Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, in Grand Park between Cantina Laredo & Tommy Bahama’s. It’s open year-round from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Go to this link for days/times depending on the time of the year.
Niceville Florida Community Farmers Market. This market is also open year-round on Saturdays between 9 am. and 1 p.m. It’s located at Palm Plaza, 1003C John Sims Parkway. Like the other markets, you’ll find not only fresh produce but a host of other food and non-food items.
